Canon’s PC150 black and white printer is a lightweight black and white digital printer with nice print quality. This printer is said to be portable. It weighs in at 19 pounds and may not be lightweight enough for long, frequent hauls. Some sources say Canon replaced this model photocopier, but it is still available for a pretty cheap and attractive price. For the estimated €55 price tag, if’s cost friendly solution for your personal printing needs. It turns out a slow four copies a minute and won’t be able to do anything for you if you need to print larger than a letter sized document.

Another drawback is this copier is the replacement cartridge the price is about €63 Euros alone. Expect his copier to handle about 2,000 copies per month. Your best bet for this photocopier is to use it as a backup to the larger printers that can handle a more reasonable print load. If you’re using PC150 photocopier strictly for personal use, then it should be sufficient. Light copy loads every now and then won’t pose a problem with this copier. If you need more than that, I’d look for other higher quality photocopier options. The Canon PC150 photocopier retails for about €56 Euros.

The CopyCentre C20 is Xerox’s contribution to black and white desktop digital copiers. This model can withstand up to ten times the added workload of other less expensive copiers and brands. You can expect a 20,000 page monthly output from this photocopier. Other good features include duplexing (printing on both sides of the paper at one time). This makes large printing jobs less time consuming. With this model you’ll be able to take advantage of the self-collating feature. Resizing is easy as well. You can go up to 400% of the original size. The CopyCentre C20 can take on a 50 page feed of legal sized documents and 550 blank paper standard sized. There are up to three trays to fill for midgrade printing duties.

This photocopier is however on the more expensive end of the budgeting spectrum. It retails about approximately €973 Euros. You’ll need plenty of space to place it. It’s a reasonable choice for a home office or smaller office spaces, but there are more compact models on the market. It’s large and bulky. Don’t realistically expect to move this copier around too much. It weighs in at 58 pounds. This photocopier is a good choice for midgrade small office copy requirements. The Lexmark X738de is a laser copier that is multifunctional and built to run. It’s more than monochromatic. It prints in color in a good resolution. The scanning, faxing and fast printing is a plus. If you work in a medium scaled or large office this photocopier would be ideal. The warm up fuser quickly gets you started and print speeds at 35 pages per minute will make light work of your printing needs. Clear resolution of 1200 dpi will have your documents looking clean and clear. Create your own workgroups and take advantage of the G3 wireless connection option. The Panasonic DP-8020E is a great multifunctional copier. It takes care of the basic need and then some. Its output is not as high as some of the other models on its price range. It has 20 pages of output each minute. It makes up for the output by having added features. It has duplex printing that doesn’t make the process terribly slow. You can check the time left on each print job with the print status meter. You’ll get a notification when each job is done.

What this copier lacks in function it makes up in other features. Network scanning allows this copier to scan to computer and even scan to email. All the documents have an image navigator that makes management efficient. This isn’t the best copier in its class but it does have its good points.

The best feature of this copier has to be the security enhancements. Panasonic gave this photocopier network user authentication and tracking. You manage the accounts (optional) and you even can set up and different mailbox. There is secure mailbox printing and even codes that separate the printing functions. Print, Fax, Scan and Copy all have their assigned coding.

For the price tag, there are better photocopier options available. You’ll find the copy for sale well past the €748 Euro mark. It retails for about €748 Euro.
